These terms cover our website (https://prideprinting.ink), our upload form (https://upload.prideprinting.ink), our print orders, and our order texts. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using our website

Please use the site and upload form for real print jobs and questions. Don't try to break it, flood it, or upload anything harmful. The form refuses programs and scripts, and we may block uploads that look like abuse.

Your files

You own your files. Sending them to us does not change that. You let us use them only to quote, prep, print, and finish your job, and to find them if you order again.
You have the right to print them. By uploading, you confirm you own the content or have permission to reproduce it. Please don't send material that infringes someone's copyright or trademark, or that is illegal.
We can say no. We may decline any job we're not comfortable printing.
Check your files. PDFs are preferred. Other files (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) may take extra prep, which may cost extra. We print what you send, so please check spelling, sizes, bleed, and colors. If you approve a proof, we print to that proof.
Keep a copy. Please keep your own copy of every file. We are not a backup service.

Print orders and quotes

Quotes are based on the details you give us. If the job changes (quantity, size, paper, files), the price may change.
Colors can vary a little between screens, papers, and print runs. Small color shifts are normal and are not a defect.
Quantities in printing can run slightly over or under. We'll let you know if a job will be noticeably short.
If something is our mistake, tell us within a reasonable time after pickup, and we'll work with you to reprint or fix it.

Turnaround times

We'll give you our best estimate of when your job will be ready. Estimates are not guarantees. Things like file problems, proof changes, paper supply, equipment trouble, weather, or a busy week can cause delays. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Payment

Payment is due when you pick up your order, unless we've agreed to other terms.
We may send invoices with a payment link through Square. Square processes those payments under its own terms. We don't see or store your full card number.
We may ask for a deposit on large or custom jobs.
We may hold finished work until it's paid for.

SMS Program (order texts)

Texting is optional. You do not have to agree to texts to place an order.

Program: Pride Printing order alerts. These are transactional texts about your order only, not marketing.
How you opt in: On the upload form, check the box "Text me when this order is ready." It starts unchecked. The note under it says: "Up to two texts about this order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
What we send: A text saying your order is ready for pickup, or a text with the link to pay your invoice.
How many: Up to two texts per opted-in order. A later file the same day uses that same yes. The next day, the form asks again.
From: 906-242-2085. Texts are delivered by our SMS provider, Voxtelesys.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Stop: Reply STOP to cancel later texts. A new job can ask again after that.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or call 906-228-8182, Mon–Fri 9:00–5:00.
Orders placed by walk-in, phone, or email are not texted. You can ask us to mark "Do not text this number."
We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to get every job right. But here's the plain-language deal:

If we make a mistake on your order, the most we'll owe you is to reprint the job or refund what you paid for that job.
We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event, lost sales, or lost profits, because a job was late or wrong.
We aren't responsible for errors that were in the files you sent or in a proof you approved.
The website and upload form are provided "as is." We try to keep them working, but we can't promise they'll never be down.

Some laws don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as Michigan law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If there's ever a dispute we can't work out by talking, it will be handled in the courts for Marquette County, Michigan.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
