Pride Printing & Mailing Services is a commercial printer in Marquette, Michigan. We offer printing, wide format printing, direct mail marketing and Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Printed products range from business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, rack cards, postcards and door hangers to posters, flyers and banners. Retractable banner stands, yard signs and custom Post-It notes are available on quote.

We are at 2847 US Highway 41 West, Marquette, MI 49855, in Marquette Township across from the Westwood Mall near Touch of Finland. We have served Marquette and the Upper Peninsula since 1985.

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. You can call us at 906.228.8182 during business hours.

Use our secure upload form at upload.prideprinting.ink. Files can be up to 5 GB. PDF is preferred. We also accept JPG, PNG, TIFF and JPEG XL files, but they may need extra formatting, which can cost extra. We don't accept Word, Publisher or other working files, because fonts and layouts often shift when we open them. You can add a requested due date and notes on the form, and you can ask for a text when your order is ready.

Send a high-resolution PDF built at the finished size. If the design goes to the edge of the page, add 1/8 inch of bleed on each edge that bleeds. If it stays inside, leave a white margin of 1/8 inch or 1/4 inch and ask us which one your piece needs. Keep words and logos inside the safe area, outline text when you can, send logos as vector art, and use pictures that are at least 300 dpi at the size they print.

Yes. We mail over 100,000 pieces every year. With EDDM, you can target specific mail carrier routes in different zip codes at bulk mail postage rates. We also handle presorted, non-profit, first class, commercial and political mailings. We maintain active USPS permits, so you don't have to apply for your own, and our high-speed equipment addresses, barcodes and sorts your mail to meet USPS standards. Political mail can carry our Printed Locally label free of charge.

We print photo-quality wide format up to 42 inches wide and 126 inches long on a Canon iPF8400. Common widths are 24 and 36 inches, and the 42-inch width may not be stocked at all times. Custom sizes are printed and then cut to size. Materials include heavy weight matte paper, plain paper, scrim vinyl, matte polypropylene banner, satin photo and gloss photo. For best results, send a high-resolution PDF designed at the final size.

Yes. We offer basic file setup and pre-press to get your files ready to print. If you are designing it yourself, you can download free PDF templates from our Templates page for business cards, postcards, envelopes, posters, flyers, brochures, door hangers, bookmarks, raffle tickets, table tents and rack cards. Yes. We have no minimum order quantity, but there is a $5.00 minimum charge. You pay less per piece for larger quantities, but we have pricing for smaller jobs too.

Call us at 906.228.8182, or send your files through upload.prideprinting.ink with a note about the job. Quotes are based on the details you give us, such as quantity, size, paper and files. If those details change, the price may change.

We will give you our best estimate of when your job will be ready. Estimates are not guarantees, and file problems, proof changes, paper supply or a busy week can cause delays. Same-day work might not be possible. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

We accept credit cards, cash and checks. Payment is due when you pick up your order, unless we have agreed to other terms. We may send an invoice with a Square payment link, and we may ask for a deposit on large or custom jobs.

No. We are a commercial printer, so we don't sell office supplies, ink cartridges or printers. Ink cartridges are usually easiest to order online.
